Mailgun
Do you find it difficult to create HTML emails with an HTML editor? Would you prefer to create your email message within Outlook? The CoreMotives “Mailgun” feature gives you an easy way to send a message created within Microsoft Outlook, or another email application such as Gmail or Hotmail to CRM Contacts or Leads. You have three options to initiate a Mailgun message:
- Send an email to a CRM Marketing list
- Send an email to a CoreMotives Mailing
- Send an email to a CRM Contact or Lead
> To send an email to a CRM Marketing list:
Create or go to an existing Marketing List within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and click the Mailgun icon. This will prompt you with an email address, from here you can click the email address and begin your message. Simply send your email to this email address and you will then receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm your Mailgun, your email will be sent to the entire marketing list.
> To send an email to a CoreMotives Mailing:
Create your Mailing in CRM, then click the Mailgun icon. This will prompt you with an email address, from here you can click the email address and begin your messages. Once you send your email to the provided email address, you can refresh your CRM Mailing, and your email will become the HTML content of your Mailing. You may use your CRM Marketing List, Campaign and Subscription list.
Mailgun gives you a method to use a more familiar way to format and send your messages, such as Outlook, as opposed to the HTML content editor CoreMotives provides.
